Not necessary ones, not preference ones, not analytics ones, certainly not advertising ones. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to, and a banner that asked anyway would be theatre.
“No cookies” is not the same as “nothing stored”, though, so here is the rest of it.

What is stored in your browser
Two things, both in local storage rather than cookies, and neither of them present until you do something that needs them.

Mapbox’s entry is theirs, not ours, and we cannot turn it off while using their maps. The privacy page says what they see.
Getting rid of it
Clearing site data for this domain in your browser’s settings removes both, and a private window never writes either one in the first place.
Losing dc:origin costs you nothing but the question: the regions page asks where you are starting from again, and you answer again or ignore it.
What changes when booking opens
Signing in and paying will need a session cookie — the strictly necessary kind, the kind that keeps you logged in and stops someone else spending your card. It will appear in the table above before it appears in the product.
It still will not be advertising. That is a decision, not an oversight, and it is the same one behind having no analytics at all.
