Elevation does here what latitude does elsewhere. At 2,400 feet the nights drop twenty degrees in September, and the acid stays in the fruit.

What we grow

Chardonnay on the upper block, Cabernet Franc below it, and a half-acre of Petit Manseng that we are still arguing about.

The walk up to the top block is steep but short, and the view is the reason to come.
