We started because the valley throws away a great deal of perfectly good wine every vintage, and brandy is what the rest of the world does with it.
The botanicals
Rivermint, lemon myrtle, wattleseed and saltbush, all picked within an hour of here, against juniper we have to import. The gin tastes like this specific piece of ground.
Visiting
