Four hectares on the plateau, which is small enough that we prune every vine ourselves and know most of them by sight.
The limestone
Under thirty centimetres of clay there is solid limestone, and the roots go into the cracks looking for water. In a hot year that rock is the reason the wine still has freshness.
Visiting
The walk out to the plateau takes twenty minutes and is the point of coming. We taste afterwards, in the cellar cut into the rock.
